Four albums were left off the list last year that are now in: Lightning Bolt and Sleater-Kinney both are very deserving of their new top 10 spots, and the Devendra Banhart and Excepter albums both have withstood the test of time better than some others.Because four new albums made the list, four albums had to be taken off the list; Sufjan, Vitalic, Isolee, and Broken Social Scene.
